Product Description

6D11-2 recognizes human IgG and IgG from the following monkeys: Rhesus, Cynomolgus, African Green, Squirrel, Capuchin and Baboon. No reactivity is observed with monkey IgM or IgA. Direct ELISA using recombinant monkey IgG isotypes indicated reactivity with IgG1, IgG2, IgG3 and IgG4.
