Product Description
This antibody was developed using bovine haptoglobin as immunogen. It recognizes the heavy chain of haptoglobin in western blots. In serial immunoassays it can be used as both capture and detection antibody (haptoglobin is an oligomer and therefore presents multiple epitopes to the antibody). Importantly, hemoglobin does not interfere with 3F7-36 binding to haptoglobin. It was developed and manufactured at Life Diagnostics, Inc.
