Orders may be placed by phone, fax or email

Pricing and information can be accessed on the specific product pages. When placing orders by telephone, fax, or email, please list the items to be ordered, their respective catalog numbers, and include your purchase order number, name, and telephone number together with your shipping and billing addresses.  Orders will be shipped via FedEx. Credit card orders are accepted, please call with details. Please provide your VAT/Tax number and EORI number.

Terms & Conditions

• Terms: Net 30 from date of invoice
• FedEx will be used as courier.
• If shipped within the UK on our FedEx account, shipping charges will added to the invoice.
• If shipped internationally on our FedEx account, shipping charges will added to the invoice and goods will be delivered duty unpaid (DDU). Payment of applicable duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the buyer
• If shipped internationally on the buyers FedEx account, goods will be shipped Ex-Works/DDU. Payment of shipping costs and applicable duties / taxes will be the responsibility of the buyer.
• Buyer assumes all risks and liability arising from unloading, discharge, storage, handling and use of products.
