Product Description

Troponin-C is one of three subunits that form the troponin complex of the thin filaments of striated muscle. It has a molecular weight of ~18 kDa. It is purified at LDI using a combination of ion-exchange and affinity chromatography steps. Rabbit skeletal muscle troponin-C can be used to stabilize cardiac troponin-I in immunoassays.
